该生产线采用压轮式原理调直，操作简单稳定性好不伤肋。大机型设计多槽，不同型号的钢筋走不同的槽子大大的提高了调直轮的使用寿命和运行稳定性。整套设备由变频、伺服系统控制调速及切断，具有能耗低、速度快、定尺准、人工投入低等特点！无需人工对齐和停机打包，可连续不间断生产！

Introduction:

   By equipping with pinch roller, this production line can be easily operated, and works stably and No damage to ribs. By designed with kinds of separate and differently rebar walking way (Grooves), this production line can make different size rebar straightened in suitable groove, which greatly improve the straightening wheels’ life duration. All machines are controlled through frequency converter, SERVO system to reach the reasonable speed and accurate cutting, and have good performance on saving power, working speed, accurate shear gauge and saving labor force, and be available for replacing worker’s Aligning work and be continuously in working status as well.
